Project Manager
Project Management (New Build Construction) – Full time
Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects in alignment with the company’s business objectives and internal processes. You will be responsible for overall project delivery ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders. As Project Manager you will lead the team with full transparency covering HSEQ, quality, client satisfaction, programme, and financial outcomes.
- Lead the project team to achieve desired outcomes, while meeting contract deliverables and client expectations.
- Maintain a strong focus on leadership and drive the project team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards, prioritizing safety and adhering to relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Experience with Vista, Procore and Hammertech preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Highly organised with good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the QLD Construction market and subcontractors.
- Construction White Card.
Estimator
Estimator (New Build Construction) – Full time
Role and Responsibilities
This role includes but is not limited to the below tasks & key deliverables:
- Review all tender documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of estimates including take-offs and BOQ’s.
- Highlight risks and opportunities with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure project methodologies and programme align with pricing strategy agreed during estimating phase.
- Use your existing network of locally based sub-contractors to assist ATG during pre-construction and construction phases.
- Attend external meetings with stakeholders including site inspections and tender interviews.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders including sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Review, analyse and negotiate trade and supplier proposals.
- Collate and handover successful tender information to the Construction Team and support in early Construction processes.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated, eager, and passionate individual who is willing to hit the ground running and deliver strong performances immediately, and holds the following skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in an Estimating role
- Strong work ethic with outstanding communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinker
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Construction white card
- Proficient in using Cost X preferred.
- A strong QS background is desirable.
Contract Administrator
Contracts Management (New Build Construction) – Full time
Role and Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the cost and revenue aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating, planning, organising, and controlling project costs.
- Managing trade packages to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation.
- Identifying and managing project cost and procurement risks with urgency.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with the Building Code of Australia and Work Health & Safety Act.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
