Project Manager

Brisbane, QLD

Project Management (New Build Construction) – Full time  


Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects in alignment with the company’s business objectives and internal processes. You will be responsible for overall project delivery ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders. As Project Manager you will lead the team with full transparency covering HSEQ, quality, client satisfaction, programme, and financial outcomes.

  • Lead the project team to achieve desired outcomes, while meeting contract deliverables and client expectations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on leadership and drive the project team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards, prioritizing safety and adhering to relevant regulations.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Experience with Vista, Procore and Hammertech preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Highly organised with good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the QLD Construction market and subcontractors.
  • Construction White Card.

Contract Administrator

Brisbane, QLD

Contracts Management (New Build Construction) – Full time  


Role and Responsibilities

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the cost and revenue aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating, planning, organising, and controlling project costs.
  • Managing trade packages to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation.
  • Identifying and managing project cost and procurement risks with urgency.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Building Code of Australia and Work Health & Safety Act.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Site Manager

Brisbane, QLD

Foreperson/Supervisors (New Build Construction) – Full time 


Role and Responsibilities

You will demonstrate the ability to manage construction activities, ensure compliance with site requirements for execution of works and mobilise subcontractors and ATG personnel in a safe and timely manner. This role requires new build, civil, structural and refurbishment experience in the commercial, education, childcare, hospitality and/or retail sectors.


Requirements

  • Trade qualified or relevant industry qualification 
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in commercial new build 
  • White Card
  • QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder’s License required
  • Must have current and valid First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • High attention to detail and very meticulous quality expectation
  • Manage site to proactively uphold safety and environmental requirements
  • Ability to create and control project programs to ensure timely delivery
  • Understanding and ability to achieve expected quality-based outcomes
  • Ability to build rapport with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work within a team and autonomously
  • Ability to motivate and drive contractors to timely delivery
  • Solutions-based attitude
  • Experience using Procore and Hammertech an advantage 
  • Must have current and valid driver’s license
