BCF, Kensington QLD (Under Construction)

We’re excited to share that site works have commenced for our new BCF – Boating, Camping, Fishing Superstore within the premier Large Format Retail Precinct of Johanna Boulevard, Bundaberg! This standalone asset will be made up of approximately 3800sqm of GFA fully leased to BCF and set upon a prime 7,427sqm corner site.

BCF forms part of the Super Retail Group and the brand have established themselves as a household name with over 150 stores nationwide. ATG Dev in collaboration with delivery partners ATG Projects, are proud to support their next chapter with this purpose-built, single-tenanted facility in the growing retail hub of Bundaberg.

We would like to thank Chris Alcock from the Super Retail Group for his support in getting to this point, and Will Goldsworthy and Sam Quintner of Colliers for their continued collaboration on the leasing front. We also extend our thanks to our incredible consultant team for their efforts to date.
