Petbarn, Gympie QLD

ATG Dev, in collaboration with ATG, proudly delivered the Lot 32 development at Bunworth Park Home & Life, Gympie — now open and trading as Petbarn. This tenancy was the first Lot to be completed in Stage 1 of the Bunworth LFR development, marking the retailer’s first store opening of 2026 within the rapidly evolving Gympie retail precinct and reinforcing the centre’s role as a leading Large Format Retail destination in the region.

The project comprised a purpose-built retail/showroom tenancy with a comprehensive back-of-house fit-out including office spaces, lunchroom, grooming salon and dog wash facilities. Scope of works covered full civil and structural construction, external landscaping and car parking, tilt-up panel construction with structural steel, and complete electrical, lighting and communications infrastructure. The tenancy was handed over as a high-quality warm-shell with external finishes, signage and automated entry.

Petbarn’s opening contributes significantly to the precinct’s strong national tenant mix and supports increasing retail choice for the local Gympie community and travellers along the Bruce Highway.
