The project scope of this QSR project included civil works, external and internal concrete slabs, lightweight steel frame construction, roofing and external feature cladding.

To meet our client’s needs, we tackled issues such as extensive ground remediation and accelerated the process of establishing electrical connections to ensure the store’s timely opening.

We also delivered the fitout concurrently with the base build to open prior to practical completion.

The project included a significant signage package, both internally and externally, to create brand awareness and guide customers through the restaurant. Following base build works, ATG delivered the internal hospitality and kitchen fitout, which includes necessary specialist equipment and service provisions for the restaurant’s operation.
