This project included associated civil works, typical retail external and internal concrete slabs and pavements, lightweight steel frame construction, roofing and external feature cladding.

We competently managed a challenging sewer system upgrade externally to the site, on the Council Main Roads property. This involved timely management of all stakeholders, the delivery of a complex scope of works, whilst also ensuring council approvals and permits were adhered to.

We were appointed on the Lessee Fitout works as well, which included the internal hospitality and kitchen fit-out, providing a turnkey building for the operator.
