Being a regional store, ATG spent 3 months engaging with the local supply chain and stakeholders to ensure a seamless start to the project, employing the best quality trades available to us throughout.
The project included the Lessee and Lessor scope of works and included full kitchen fit-out and feature branding finishes to create brand awareness.

Some key challenges to manage included upgrading the main road leading into Goondiwindi and working closely with Transport & Main Roads. Additionally, we had to supply and install and new Pad Mount Transformer and liaise with all utility providers to ensure completion for the store opening.
