KFC, Goondiwindi QLD

Completed in partnership with our construction partner ATG, the development encompassed both Lessee and Lessor scope, featuring a full commercial kitchen fit-out and KFC’s signature branding to enhance customer experience and brand presence.

A number of key infrastructure challenges were successfully managed throughout the project, including the upgrade of the main road leading into Goondiwindi in coordination with the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and the installation of a new Pad Mount Transformer, requiring tight alignment with multiple utility providers to meet operational deadlines.

The asset is secured on a 15-year initial lease to Collins Foods Limited , reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality projects that support regional communities and enable national tenants to grow their network.
