ATG was engaged to deliver a comprehensive upgrade to the lobby and shared third space at 40 Miller Street, reimagining the ground plane and communal areas to create a welcoming and highly functional environment for tenants.

Delivered within a live commercial building, the project required careful staging and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining safe and continuous access for occupants. A construction-led approach ensured efficient sequencing and programme certainty throughout the works.

The new third space has been designed as a central hub for connection and collaboration, incorporating premium end-of-trip style amenities, a high-quality kitchen and dedicated meeting rooms. These spaces provide tenants with flexible options to meet, work and engage beyond the traditional office environment.

Complementing this, the lobby has been fully revitalised to enhance arrival experience and functionality. Key upgrades include a new concierge desk, bespoke joinery elements and improvements to building services, unlocking additional usable space and elevating the overall presentation of the asset.

Strong collaboration between ATG, Barings, Forge Venture Management and Gray Puksand underpinned the successful delivery of the project. The result is a refined and contemporary workplace environment that supports tenant attraction, retention and day-to-day experience.
