Petbarn, Gympie QLD (Under Construction)

ATG Dev is pleased to confirm that construction is underway on the new Lot 32 development at Bunworth Park Home & Life, Gympie—future home of Petbarn. As the precinct continues to grow alongside the wider Gympie region, this addition will further strengthen the centre’s national retail offering and support its position as a leading Large Format Retail destination.

The Lot 32 development delivers a purpose-built retail/showroom front-of-house supported by a comprehensive back-of-house layout, including an office, lunchroom, grooming salon and dog wash. Works also include external landscaping, car parking and site works, along with concrete slab, tilt-up panel construction, structural steel, and full electrical, lighting and communications infrastructure. The project will be handed over as a warm-shell, complete with external finishes, signage and automated entry.

This project marks another significant milestone in the evolution of Bunworth Park Home & Life, contributing to a diverse, high-quality retail mix for the local community and travellers along the Bruce Highway.
