Construction is underway on the new Lot 35 development at Bunworth Park Home & Life, Gympie—future home of Country Care Group. As the precinct continues to grow alongside the wider Gympie region, this build will further strengthen the centre’s national retail offering and support its evolution as a leading Large Format Retail destination.

The Lot 35 development delivers a new retail/showroom tenancy supported by essential back-of-house amenities to suit operational requirements. Scope of works includes full site civil construction, pavements, landscaping, fencing and retaining, along with the complete building structure, service installations and warm-shell delivery. External finishes and signage will form part of the final handover.

This project marks another key milestone for Bunworth Park Home & Life, contributing to a diverse, high-quality retail mix for the local community and travellers along the Bruce Highway.
