Project Overview
ATG successfully delivered a new Oporto Drive-Thru restaurant in Rockhampton, adding to the city’s growing ‘Golden Mile’ of QSR offerings in the CBD.
This high-traffic site brings the iconic Oporto brand to the heart of Rocky.
Key project features included the development of a 1,065sqm high-profile corner site, incorporating a dual-lane Drive-Thru, extensive civil works, and the construction of 8 dedicated car parks, along with landscaping and retaining walls.
A major signage package was delivered as part of the build, with prominent pylon and building signage positioned to capture the attention of over 25,000 vehicles passing daily.
ATG also managed the successful land lot subdivision, enabling the creation of a standalone, freehold Oporto Drive-Thru asset.
