ATG delivered three levels of complex spec fit-out works, creating six distinct, high-quality tenancy spaces.
ATG proudly completed three levels of sophisticated spec fit-out works for Cromwell Property Group at 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood. Working with Gray Puksand, we delivered six distinct, high-quality tenancy spaces, ranging from 100 sqm to 518 sqm. The project involved a full make-good, bespoke joinery, feature flooring, and soft styling.
Each suite received a unique look, including a “New York style” fit-out with exposed elements , and a top-floor executive refurbishment. Key technical upgrades included new Supplementary Water-Cooled Pac Units for boardrooms and the installation of electric sit-stand workstations and basic AV systems.
