ATG was engaged to deliver a speculative office suite on the southern side of Level 37, transforming an existing tenancy into a high-quality, ready-to-occupy workspace within a fully operational commercial building.
Delivered within a live CBD environment, the project required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining programme certainty. Works were efficiently sequenced to ensure a smooth delivery and timely handover.
The fit-out incorporates premium finishes, materials and a refined furniture palette, aligned with the overall design intent for a high-grade commercial offering. This approach ensures the suite meets the expectations of prospective tenants while complementing the broader asset.
