Project Overview
Fit-out of a 2,600m², two-level facility for Gallagher Jeffs and GN Hearing, supporting their relocation and expansion into a new, purpose-built space.
To support the continued growth of GN Hearing ANZ, Jabra, and SteelSeries, companies within the GN Group, ATG was selected as the Principal Contractor for their relocation to a larger office space. The project involved a comprehensive fit-out of a two-level facility within an active commercial building, completed with minimal disruption to existing tenants.
The newly completed facility features modern workspaces, showroom areas, meeting rooms, temperature-controlled storage, custom logistics racking, a new staircase, and loading dock. Specialized workbenches equipped with extraction systems, nitrogen, and compressed air were installed, alongside a state-of-the-art audiovisual package, making it a highly functional and future-ready space.
Key challenges included ensuring compliance with BCA and DDA regulations, developing a customized acoustic design, and coordinating the structural design for a new interconnecting staircase. ATG also assessed the capacity of the existing slab to support the logistics racking system for the warehouse.
