Zarraffa’s, Rockhampton QLD
Project Overview
Following the successful delivery of the adjacent Oporto Drive-Thru, ATG completed the new build of a Zarraffa’s Coffee store on the same high-profile Rockhampton site.
This project continued the activation of the site with the construction of a standalone Zarraffa’s tenancy, designed to complement the broader QSR precinct. Works included full civil and structural delivery, construction of the café shell, internal fitout, and external finishes.
The build features dine-in and takeaway service offerings, with key inclusions such as customer seating areas, specialist café equipment, and branded signage. With this addition, the site now supports two nationally recognised brands, strengthening its position as a key destination in Rockhampton’s CBD.
