The initial Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) stage included inspection of the existing structural components and the suitability for the proposed feature ceilings; hazardous materials testing; a detailed services investigation of security, AV, mechanical, Electrical and fire services.

We demolished existing ceilings, installed Supawood feature ceilings, and replaced floor tiling in high-traffic areas in addition to the installation of Big Ass Fans and feature lighting. The food court received a facelift with a new atrium roof and glazing. External improvements included column tiling and feature lighting. All work was after hours, ensuring minimal disruption, with meticulous site cleaning to prepare the centre for the next day’s trade.
