ATG have undertaken a number of projects at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. The blend of old and new was achieved through improving customer movement with new vertical transport units and by bringing in more light and warmth with the refurbishment of mall voids with beautiful timber finishes, new LED lighting and lush greenery.

Following these ambience upgrades, ATG was engaged to undertake a large-scale retail refurbishment which included the de-fit, demolition and removal of 27no. specialty retail stores on the centre’s 3rd level to enable the new ‘Mini Major’ tenancy reconfiguration works. These works encompassed structural alteration works and service upgrades works to enable three new ‘Mini Major’ tenancies.

Also included in these works was the creation of new amenities; new vehicle reception and offices within the Level 5 carpark; a new vehicle workshop with base build service on Level 6 carpark; and the reconfiguration of fire zones, smoke barriers, smoke exhaust system and mechanical systems from Level 2 to Level 6.

All works were carried out in a live environment with minimal impact to the public and neighbouring tenants.
