Project Overview
ATG partnered with Communify and Department of Housing and Public Works to provide significant expansion and upgrade works to the New Farm Neighbourhood Centre.
Construction included a house lift and new ground floor, which was carried out in five stages with overlaps to ensure the critical completion date was achieved.
A major consideration for this project was ensuring the new house was DDA compliant, enhancing the aesthetics of the house, enhancing the functionality of the house, installing a new commercial kitchen and grease trap whilst providing more facilities for the members of the public.
