McDonald’s, Ormeau South, QLD

This project saw an empty lot with an existing carpark transformed into the Golden Arches ready for business in Ormeau South, QLD.

The construction consisted of careful staging of Civil works which prepared the site for the coordination of the Building Pad and Pavement Pours. Which then saw the erection of metal frames and feature cladding that enclosed the Décor Joinery and Tiling to the interior.

ATG also coordinated with McDonald Contractors to complete the fit out of the Kitchen Equipment, installation of the Front of House furniture and the drive thru operations technology.

This project was managed in tandem with the construction of a new McDonald’s restaurant in Lawnton, QLD, where works are underway and progressing well.
