Hotel Indigo, Potts Point NSW

Formerly Hotel Larmont Sydney by Lancemore, ATG delivered a comprehensive building transformation under an early contractor involvement (ECI) Contract. In collaboration with Pro Invest, IHG, and consultants – ATG shaped the design, addressing budgetary concerns and findings from Intrusive Investigations.

The scope encompassed the refurbishment of 103 hotel rooms, corridors, lift lobbies, restaurant and large, shared lobby. Room upgrades featured new ceilings, flooring, lighting, air conditioning, fire services, and communication infrastructure.

The main lobby underwent a striking transformation with new cladding, lighting, furniture, and the addition of a lobby café. Services infrastructure upgrades included emergency lighting, fire services enhancements, installation of a VRF air conditioning system, and comprehensive communication and security system upgrades

Bathrooms received new vanities, paint finishes, and lighting. Corridors were adorned with new ceilings, skirtings, lighting, and wall finishes.

The restaurant saw a detailed overhaul with new joinery, furniture, lighting, and an independent electrical board. The kitchen underwent a comprehensive renewal, including wet chemical sprinkler installation and fit-out of new equipment.

Overall, the project delivered a rejuvenated and modernized hotel space with enhanced amenities and functionality.
