The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive renovation of the food court, which included the creation of new tenancy shells and upgrades to floors, ceilings,  walls, new joinery, and stone capping.

Additionally, a range of feature joinery such as banquettes, tables, and planters were installed, as well as wall murals and hanging pendants. A full mechanical and security upgrade was also performed, along with the refurbishment of the male, female, and DDA bathrooms.

Moreover, external upgrades included the installation of new louvres for the balcony, a ground floor façade upgrade, and external landscaping, paving, and joinery works.
