Highpoint Childcare Centre, Ashgrove QLD

This complicated project involved the reformatting of a live shopping centre site, including infilling the building’s atrium void, constructing a new lift shaft and expanding the new structure over the top of the facility.

Following the structural component of the project, our team delivered a childcare fit-out within the centre’s new rooftop tenancy, which included the installation of various playscapes, teaching studios and lobby areas.

Adjoining a busy main road, the project required multiple high-risk crane lifts to install the new 43-tonne steel rooftop structure.
