Multiple scopes were performed including full internal demolition back to cold shell. ATG performed all fit out works included, repositioning of new amenities over all floors and main foyer upgrade. Service upgrades included, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and fire including booster upgrades. Internal works included structural demolition and construction of a lift shaft over all floors along with an End of Trip Facility in Basement 1. Externally ATG executed both hard and soft landscaping. ATG engaged Gray Puksand for all architectural services, ASTON for services engineering and ARUP for structural engineering requirements.
