Project Overview
ATG successfully delivered the End of Trip Facilities (EOTF) and Lobby Upgrade works at 555 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
In partnership with Sandstone Project Management and HOT BLACK, this transformation has redefined the building’s facilities, bringing a fresh, modern touch to the space.
The project included the demolition and removal of the existing EOTF facilities, making way for sleek, high-end amenities. The newly designed EOTF and bike storage area now offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with custom joinery that matches the premium quality of 555 Lonsdale Street.
Works also included the refurbishment of the ground floor lobby and foyer, creating a modern, refreshed entry space for both tenants and visitors.
As this project was carried out within a live environment, a strong focus on careful staging to maintain continuous access, managing noisy site activities, and minimising disruption to tenants was a key consideration throughout.
