Project Overview
Working in collaboration with Charter Hall, Mostyn Copper and Cox Architecture, ATG have delivered a diverse suite of works at 2 Market St.
On the building’s ground floor, 3 old retail tenancies were consolidated to and upgraded to improve the new precinct’s integration with the ground floor lobby. This included large hydraulic automatic windows, aluminum façade panelling and upgraded external seating areas.
Across 5 more levels our team provided a range of upgrade works including 3 levels of lift lobby and amenities upgrades, a speculative fit-out and an external terrace refurbishment.
