Project Overview
ATG in collaboration with Dexus, transformed Suite 7.01 of 189 O'Riordan Street, into a functional new office space.
This project involved a 509m² tenant fit-out, transforming an empty space into a functional office with new rooms and finishes.
Key features include a 12-person boardroom with acoustic panelling, multiple meeting rooms, quiet rooms, offices, and multi-purpose areas.
The design incorporated exposed ceilings, new lighting, polished concrete floors in corridors and kitchen areas, and carpet in meeting rooms and workspaces. The fit-out also included 44 workstations, new furniture, and modifications to fire and mechanical services. Additionally, custom joinery was designed for the kitchen, island bench, and a stylish screen planter.
