Project Overview
Designed by Gray Puksand this exciting spec-fit featured a range of vibrant finishes including Dichroic glazing film and marmoleum flooring.
Working in collaboration with Growthpoint Properties Australia, ATG delivered a full-floor fit-out at 15 Green Square Close.
Following a strip-out of the previous tenancies, our team reconfigured the level’s floorplan to create three new separate tenancies, with each featuring independent working areas, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and kitchenets.
