Designed by nettletontribe, the project included striking polished concrete lift lobbies and upgraded amenities, along with extensive makegood works throughout the building’s commercial and retail spaces.

As part of the broader scope, we also delivered a Gray Puksand-designed Business Hub, following multiple levels of landlord upgrades. This dynamic space includes a wellness centre, communal kitchen and breakout area, as well as board and function rooms.

Featuring a range of high-end finishes—such as acoustic walls, curved joinery, polished concrete floors, and new furniture—the hub also includes comprehensive upgrades to plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and AV systems, creating a modern and functional environment for tenants and visitors alike.
