Project Overview
ATG completed this exciting multi-floor fit-out project at 1 Margaret Street, Sydney CBD, in collaboration with Quintessential and Gallagher Jeffs.
This extensive project involved a series of upgrades and improvements across seven floors, including the refurbishment of 14 amenities on, three floors of which were occupied by tenants, aswell as significant upgrades to the DDA facilities on floors 12 to 18, ensuring the building met accessibility standards.
Additionally, the project also included the modernization of four lift lobbies (two fully tenanted) and the completion of four new spec fit-outs, each tailored to meet the specific needs of the tenants.
The works were carefully managed and executed in a 24-hour operational environment, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s tenants and allowing the building to remain fully functional throughout the duration of the project.
Special attention was given to maintaining a balance between progress and tenant comfort, with operations taking place in a live environment to ensure business continuity for all stakeholders.
